Meet Joanna Wells of Model Farm Wines, a woman bringing a thoughtful, farming-first approach to California wine. Working with organically farmed vineyards, native fermentation and minimal intervention in the cellar, Model Farm makes bright, expressive wines that showcase something out of the ordinary from California.
