Stefania fulfilled her dream of becoming a cheesemonger after leaving a 12-year career in graphic design. She has worked all over the Philadelphia area and we are excited to have her as a part of the NV team.

Nearly two years ago, I shared why I decided to step away from a thriving career in tech. We rarely talk about the Great Resignation these days, but it really hit home for me. Resigning led to a sabbatical which landed in an early retirement. A defining moment in the midst of a pandemic alongside a simultaneous perfect storm of unforeseen life events. My mental health was in dire straits. I was living and breathing burnout and unclear on what would be next for me.
