Meet the Team

Ragini Parmar is the founder and owner of Nature’s Vin. With roots in building diverse teams and inclusive cultures at fast-moving tech start-ups, Ragini is tapping into her long-standing love affair with natural wine, setting out to create a welcoming space for the community to enjoy and learn about it. She’s creating a cool, comfortable vibe with the polish of high-end service. After returning home to Greater Philadelphia from California, she saw the gaps in access, transparency, and education around natural wine and decided to close them—by opening a bar that champions both discovery and community. At Nature’s Vin, Ragini blends thoughtful curation with approachable programming, from tastings to events that spark conversation and connection. Her passion lies in celebrating women winemakers, local artisans, and underrepresented voices—making sure the stories behind each bottle shine as brightly as what’s in the glass. At its core, her mission is simple (and delicious): bring people together through wine, culture, and shared experiences.
